Who says women can’t do menswear? For your next style inspiration, we call upon eight Spring/Summer 2017 pieces from the recent LC:M.
Oh, women… what can’t we wear? Womenswear has come a long way since Yves Saint Laurent (with a little photographic help from fashion photographer Helmut Newton) introduced Le Smoking to the world, a tuxedo-style suit that has become not just a fashion statement – but also a gender statement for women.
Today, from shirts and ties, to polo tees and sneakers, menswear has infiltrated into womenswear (and vice versa) – and frankly, we’re unapologetic about its fluidity. So when London’s Collection Men (LC:M) came to an end, we knew where we can get our next style inspiration from. Click the pages to see the Spring/Summer 2017 pieces we’ll be copping from LC:M. Disclaimer: They can easily pass off as womenswear!
